Instructions for use:

Vitaflor Organic Olive Bud Extract comes in the form of oral drops.
During the first week, take 5 drops, pure or diluted in a glass of water, in the morning.
Then 10 drops in the second week and 15 drops in the following weeks if you feel the need
(5 drops morning, noon, and evening). To be taken before meals.
The bottle allows for 6 weeks of use according to the recommended doses.
