UrgoStart Plus Absorb is a highly absorbent dressing that combines poly-absorbent cleaning fibers with the advanced TLC-NOSF (sucrose octasulfate) matrix.
This dressing is designed for effective exudate management for lightly to moderately exuding wounds. Since October 2024, it has been named UrgoStart Plus Absorb, highlighting its excellent absorption capabilities. It differs from UrgoStart Plus Border in that it lacks an adhesive border, allowing for use on damaged wound edges. The integrated cleaning fibers ensure continuous wound cleansing and optimal healing progress.
