Urgo UrgoTül Foam Border dressing 10x10 cm (10 pieces)

UrgoTül Foam Border is a self-adhesive foam dressing with a micro-adherent TLC matrix. It consists of an absorbent polyurethane foam pad, a superabsorbent non-woven layer, and a water-vapor permeable but waterproof outer backing with a silicone adhesive border.

The silicone adhesive border allows for good adhesion and easy repositioning. The outer backing is soft, conformable, and extensible, offering good comfort during wear. Thanks to its transparency, it allows for monitoring of fluid passage. Upon contact with exudate, the TLC (Lipido-Colloid Technology) matrix forms a gel.

Instructions for use: Clean the wound according to the care protocol. Remove the protective film, apply the micro-adherent side to the wound, leaving a gap of at least 1 cm between the wound and the adhesive border. Smooth down the dressing. To remove, press on the healthy skin, lift a corner, and peel off gently. The dressing can be left in place for 2 to 4 days, or up to 7 days depending on the exudate and clinical condition. It can be used under a compression bandage if prescribed.
