The Torm Gallium thermometer is a glass medical thermometer designed for measuring body temperature at home.
It can also be used in hospitals due to its ability to be disinfected effectively.

Practical: This thermometer allows temperature to be measured via different routes: oral, axillary, and rectal.
Temperature measurement requires a minimum of 4 minutes to ensure an accurate reading*

Hygienic: The Torm Gallium glass thermometer features a hermetic, waterproof, hygienic glass casing and can be fully disinfected.

Non-toxic for humans or the environment: It contains a special alloy of gallium, indium, and tin.
The thermometer contains no mercury, nickel, or PVC.
This thermometer works without batteries as it uses the principle of thermal expansion of metals.

Cleaning and disinfection instructions: The TORM Gallium glass thermometer features a hermetic, waterproof, hygienic glass casing and can be fully disinfected.
The temperature of the cleaning and disinfection solution must not exceed 42°C.
Before and after each use, the thermometer must be cleaned with cold soapy water.
Disinfection should be carried out using an alcohol-soaked cotton pad or by immersion in a disinfectant solution (conditions and soaking time according to the disinfectant manufacturer's instructions).
If the thermometer breaks, the spilled liquid can be cleaned with a brush, tissue, or cloth soaked in soapy water.
Broken pieces can be disposed of as household waste.

Warnings: The thermometer is made of glass (body), a fragile material that requires precautions during storage and use.
Please take all necessary precautions during measurement to avoid any risk of injury.
During oral measurement, be careful not to bite the tip of the thermometer, or talk, eat, play, or run, until the thermometer is removed from the mouth.
Do not drop the thermometer or subject it to shocks.
If the glass casing is scratched, cracked, or damaged, do not use the thermometer due to the risk of injury.
If the thermometer breaks, the glass pieces and the measuring liquid must be carefully cleaned.
The measuring liquid must not come into contact with precious or light metals, as it may react upon contact with these metals.
Lifespan: 5 years (from the manufacturing date mentioned in the lot number).
Do not use beyond the expiration date.

Please note: Temperature measurement in children must always be carried out under adult supervision.
Keep the thermometer out of reach of children.
Do not expose it to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
