Instructions:

• The Thermacare heating patch activates upon contact with air. Only open the sachet at the time of use.
• Adjust the patch to the lower back/painful area on clean, dry skin. If you are 55 or older, wear the patch over clothing.
• The patch starts to heat up in a few minutes and provides 8 hours of constant heat.
• After use, remove the patch and discard it. Do not use the patch for more than 8 hours a day.
