Mistletoe grows on various deciduous and coniferous trees, but prefers poplars, apple trees, firs, and black locusts. It develops only on a host tree, is propagated by birds, and forms a shrub about 1 meter high. Its white berries appear at the end of autumn.
Ingredients: mistletoe.
Preparation tip: pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) into 150 ml of boiling water and let steep for 10 to 12 hours at room temperature.
