Vitamin B complex capsules are a dietary supplement containing eight B vitamins. It is important to know that the body cannot produce B vitamins on its own and they must therefore be obtained through diet. However, in our hectic daily lives, there is often little time for a balanced, fresh, and vitamin-rich diet.
