Instant porridge for a warm breakfast. A chocolatey delight with no added sugar, thanks to aromatic cocoa and the sweetness of ripe dates (naturally containing sugar).

Ingredients: Whole grain oat flakes* (38%), whole grain millet flakes*, ground dates* (15%), barley flour*, highly defatted cocoa powder* (5%), whole grain rice flour*, flax flour*, grated coconut*, Bourbon vanilla*. * = ingredients from organic farming.

Instructions for use: Mix the preparation with 3 to 5 times the amount of boiling liquid (milk, soy drink, or water) depending on the desired consistency. Stir well, let rest for a few minutes, and enjoy.
