This quinoa's got oomph. Lunch: Add a little protein (10g/day)
and fat (1 tsp/day)
Dinner: A little oil or a knob of butter, and you're good to go.

- They can bring food to their mouth.
- And if it doesn't work, don't panic, try again later.
Around 6/8 months: let's go with chopped or coarsely mashed foods.
Add tiny pasta, semolina, mashed well-cooked rice, chopped hard-boiled egg, pieces of fish to purees...
