Food supplement based on vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in capsule form.

Vitamin D3 is naturally produced by the skin under the effect of UVB rays and provided by certain foods. In cases of insufficient sun exposure, particularly in winter at northern latitudes, a supplement may be useful.

Ingredients: cellulose (bulking agent), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), tapioca dextrin, vitamin D3.

Nutritional value per capsule: vitamin D3: 75 µg (3000 IU), i.e., 1500% of reference intakes.

Directions for use: take 1 capsule per day, in the morning, with a meal.

Storage: store at room temperature, out of the reach of young children.
