Mepilex Border Flex is a highly conformable foam dressing with a super-absorber and Flex technology. Its exceptional adhesion is made possible by 360° elasticity, allowing it to adapt to many body shapes and difficult areas.

Thanks to this flexibility, the dressing can be worn for longer, particularly on knees and elbows, compared to other square-shaped dressings. Its five-layer structure incorporates the Safetac contact layer, a soft silicone that adheres gently to the skin without sticking to the moist wound bed, making removal easier.

The dressing also features a grid of visible check points, allowing for tracking of fluid progress within the dressing and optimizing its use.

Instructions for use

• Clean the affected area and dry the surrounding skin thoroughly.
• Remove the central release film and apply the adhesive side to the skin, without stretching the dressing.
• Then remove the side films and smooth the edges.
