Mepilex Border Flex Lite foam dressing (7.5x7.5 cm, 10 pieces)

Mepilex Border Flex Lite is a modern, flexible foam dressing for low to moderately exuding wounds. Its 360° Flex technology provides excellent flexibility in all directions, reduces skin tension, and improves wearing comfort through optimal adhesion that keeps the dressing in place. The Safetac contact layer allows for gentle removal and protects the surrounding skin.

The dressing features a 4-layer structure that effectively absorbs exudate and distributes it evenly via a distribution layer. The highly breathable and waterproof backing film acts as a barrier against bacteria and allows the patient to shower. Exudate progression dots enable monitoring of fluid spread without disturbing the wound. Y-cuts improve adaptation to body movements and contours.

Indicated for a wide range of low to moderately exuding wounds: diabetic foot ulcers, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and traumatic wounds (abrasions, blisters, skin tears). It can also protect fragile or at-risk skin.

Application: prepare the wound and surrounding skin according to clinical guidelines, choose the appropriate size, and apply so that the Safetac layer fully covers the area. Removal is gentle.
