Lomatuell Pro is a sterile, gel-forming contact net intended for wound care.
Composition: Polyester fiber tulle impregnated with an elastically deformable polymer matrix, petroleum jelly, and hydrocolloid.
Properties: The net forms a gel layer with the petroleum jelly and hydrocolloid particles. It allows for atraumatic dressing changes, is easy to apply, can be used on both sides, and can be cut to the desired size. The risk of sticking to the wound is minimized. The flexible, conformable material ensures good exudate drainage into the secondary dressing.
Change interval: As a general rule, the dressing can be changed every 2 to 4 days, or up to 7 days depending on the wound progression.
