The growth and strength of hair and nails depend on certain associated micronutrients:
lithothamnium is an algae similar to white coral when dry.
It concentrates 19 trace elements contained in its thallus (Iodine, sulfur, iron, manganese, zinc, selenium, boron, copper, cobalt, sodium, silica, calcium and magnesium, proteins, and vitamin C).

Zinc is essential as it contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

Copper gluconate protects cells from oxidative stress and participates in the transport of iron in the body.

Also present are:
keratin, which is an essential protein for the composition of hair (extracted by hydrolysis from sheep's wool),
B vitamins: niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6, vitamins B8 and B5.
