Food supplement based on vitamin K2 (menaquinone), in capsule form.

Dosage: Adolescents from 15 years old and adults: 1 to 2 capsules per day, with a little liquid, during a meal.

Nutritional intake: 1 capsule provides 100 µg of vitamin K (133% of the reference intake), 2 capsules provide 200 µg (266%).

Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, menaquinone (vitamin K2).
