Selenium-based food supplement in capsule form. Selenium is an essential trace element. Each capsule contains 200 µg of selenium (363% of reference intakes) in the form of sodium selenite.

Selenium is naturally present in the diet, mainly in protein-rich foods such as meat and fish. A strictly plant-based diet may therefore justify selenium supplementation.

Ingredients: mannitol, magnesium salts of fatty acids, sodium selenite, capsule: gelatin, colorants (brilliant blue FCF, allura red AC).

Dosage: Adults: 1 capsule per day with a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children, store at room temperature and in a dry place.
