Fermentura® CURCUMA DUO combines turmeric, phosphatidylserine and selenium in a practical daily capsule. Each capsule contains 550 mg of fermented turmeric, 150 mg of turmeric extract with 95% standardized curcuminoids and 8.25 μg of selenium. The Fermentura® CURCUMA DUO formula contains four harmonized components. The fermented turmeric is obtained through a gentle process in which natural microorganisms release the plant compounds. The turmeric extract, with a 95 percent curcuminoid content, complements the formula with secondary plant substances. Phosphatidylserine, an important phospholipid, is known as a component of cell membranes and is present in greater quantities in the brain. The formula is rounded off by selenium, which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, protects cells from oxidative stress and supports normal thyroid function.
