The DracoTüll Silikon wound contact layer is a silicone wound dressing designed for particularly sensitive chronic and acute wounds during combination therapy.

The silicone mesh allows for the free flow of exudate and prevents the secondary dressing from sticking to the wound bed or sensitive surrounding skin (parchment skin). This ensures longer wear times and atraumatic dressing changes. DracoTüll Silikon can also be used under compression therapy.
