Cutimed Siltec is a highly absorbent foam dressing for low to moderately exuding wounds. Its foam structure allows for vertical absorption of exudate, regardless of its viscosity, with high water vapor permeability.

The dressing features a soft silicone film on the wound contact layer that is gentle on surrounding skin, even when fragile. It is composed of polyurethane foam with a soft adhesive silicone film. Latex-free.
Can remain in place for up to seven days depending on the state of the wound and the level of exudation.
