Cutimed® Siltec® Plus is an open-pored polyurethane foam dressing with a silicone film that has high initial tack. The integrated super-absorbers can absorb several times their own weight in fluid and retain it within the product, even under compression. The silicone film prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound surface and facilitates application, even in hard-to-reach areas.
The dressing consists of a 5 mm thick polyurethane foam with a highly adhesive silicone film. Its water-vapor-permeable structure allows for effective moisture management. It is available in the 5 cm x 6 cm size.
