The Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test is the first pregnancy test launched worldwide that indicates the number of weeks since conception.
It offers all the advantages of the Clearblue range: reliability (over 99% from the presumed date of your period), rapid results, and ease of use.
How does this product work?
It detects the hormone Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) in urine.
The amount of this hormone in your body increases rapidly during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Although hCG levels reach a maximum between weeks 7 and 12, they remain higher than normal for the rest of the pregnancy and for approximately 3 weeks after childbirth.
hCG levels remain above normal for about 9 weeks if you have had a miscarriage or abortion.
When to take the pregnancy test?
From the first day of your missed period, the Clearblue electronic pregnancy test can detect the hCG pregnancy hormone at any time of day.
Thanks to an optical reader, it analyzes the result for you and displays it in full words: 'Pregnant' or 'Not Pregnant'.
If you are expecting a child, it also indicates the number of weeks since conception (examples: '1-2' for 1 to 2 weeks, '3+' for more than 3 weeks...).

Directions for use:
Before performing the test, it is imperative to insert the refill into the device.
When you are ready to perform the test, follow the instructions below:
- remove the refill from its protective pouch;
- remove the cap;
- locate the blue arrows on the device and on the refill and align them so that they point towards each other;
- insert the refill into the device until it clicks into place. The 'Test ready' symbol will appear on the screen;
- place the absorbent tip, pointing downwards, under your urine stream for 5 to 7 seconds or dip the tip into the collected urine sample for 15 seconds.
- the symbol indicating that the test is ready to be read will start flashing after 20 to 30 seconds.
- DO NOT EJECT the refill at this stage.
- wait 3 minutes before reading the result (some results may appear in less than one minute).
