Reusable hot/cold pack (12 x 29 cm) containing a gel that remains flexible after cooling or heating. Comes with a protective sleeve to prevent direct contact with the skin.
Instructions for use:
- For cold use: place in the freezer for 2 hours at -15 °C or in the refrigerator for 6 hours at 10 °C.
- For hot use: heat in the microwave for 4 minutes at 100 W or in boiling water at 80 °C for 2 minutes.
- Apply for a maximum of 20 to 30 minutes.
- Check the condition of the pack before each use.
