BSN Médical Fixomull Adhesive Gauze is a self-adhesive gauze bandage, cut-to-size, which is particularly suitable for securing large dressings.

Made of cellulose fibers coated with an acrylic copolymer adhesive, it is extremely porous, hypoallergenic, permeable to air, secretions, and X-rays, and is resistant to tension. The adhesive side is protected by a paper backing.
