Application: Apply to a bare eyelid. Color in with the tip, then blend with your finger or a brush. For more intensity, apply with your finger and blend outwards. To accentuate the effect, apply a powder eyeshadow over the top.

A white film may appear on the tip: a common crystallization phenomenon in organic formulas, with no impact on quality. Simply sharpen the pencil.
