Amanprana 100% Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (325 ml)

Organic fair trade coconut oil is particularly suitable for cooking, stir-frying, and deep-frying. It can be enjoyed on bread and adds a mild flavor to your dishes when heated. Thanks to its low content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (only 2%), it is very heat-stable. Never heat food above 170 to 180°C. For deep-frying, it can be used up to 50 times, provided it is filtered regularly. Deep fryer: slightly warm the jar beforehand.

Spread at room temperature, it becomes liquid from 20–30°C. It can also be applied to hair, lips, and skin, used as a massage oil, or as a carrier for essential oils. BLIK organic certified.
