Nutritional values per 4 g of powder: magnesium 444 mg (118%*), calcium 948 mg (119%*) (*percentage of the reference value for daily intake according to Regulation (EU) 1169/2011).
Recommended intake: 2 level scoops (4 g) to be mixed into a liquid and consumed (measuring scoop included).
