Indications

Easy to use, the ACTIPOCHE hot/cold pack should be prepared without its cover:

For hot use: in the microwave (450 W power): 20 seconds maximum or in hot (non-boiling, < 80°C) water: 15 seconds maximum

Then apply the pack, in its cover, to the painful area for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

For cold use: in the refrigerator: approximately 3 hours or in the freezer: 20 minutes maximum

Then apply the pack, in its cover, to the painful area for 20 minutes maximum.
