Sea salt with vegetables and herbs. Herbamare™ sea salt is prepared from 12 fresh, organically grown vegetables and herbs, enriched with iodine-containing kelp seaweed. The fresh ingredients are processed with the sea salt and vacuum-dried to preserve their aromas.

Herbamare™ is a flavorful alternative to conventional table salt. Made using the traditional salt maceration process. With 12 fresh, organically grown herbs and vegetables and special sea salt from the Camargue (neither refined nor bleached). Gluten-free and lactose-free. No added flavor enhancers. No artificial anti-caking agents.

Ingredients: sea salt 94%, vegetables and herbs 6% (celery*, leek*, watercress*, onions*, chives*, parsley*, lovage*, garlic*, basil*, marjoram*, rosemary*, thyme*), kelp seaweed. *from controlled organic farming.

Average nutritional values per 100 g: energy 90 kJ/22 kcal, protein 0.5 g, carbohydrates 4.5 g, fat <0.5 g.

Directions for use: Use Herbamare™ instead of salt to season salad dressings, vegetable, cereal and potato dishes, as well as soups, sauces, eggs, cottage cheese, etc. Not suitable as a dietetic salt.
