Directions for use:

Mix 2 scoops (=30g) in 500 ml of water.
Stir to obtain a homogeneous solution before consuming.
Drink this beverage during exercise in small sips every 10 to 15 minutes.
Then drink the equivalent of 500ml per hour of exercise and 500ml at the end of the effort.
