Description: Sigvaris Active Resistant Men's Class 2 Socks Size L Large Black exert Class 2 medical compression (15.1-20.0 mmHg) improving venous return in the legs and effectively protecting the foot thanks to reinforced zones. They are ideal for use with safety shoes.
They are perfectly suited for intensive use at work thanks to their robust construction.
They limit the sensation of heavy legs, as well as the appearance of varicose veins, and prevent the risk of venous thrombosis.
Its features: Compression class 2 (15.1 to 20 mmHg / 20.1 to 27.0 hPa). Reinforced heel and toe areas with Kermel® fiber. Daily and intensive use. Antibacterial yarn. Terry sole to protect the foot. Reinforcement at the safety shoe's toecap and at the malleolus. Seamless toe. Thick texture. Regular height: shoe size 40/43 and floor to knee height ≤ 42cm. Long/wide height: shoe size 43/46 and floor to knee height ≥ 42cm.

Contraindications:
- Allergy to the components used.
- Advanced diabetic microangiopathy (pressure > 30mmHg).
- Decompensated heart failure.
- Exudative or major dermatological conditions of the leg.
- Obliterative arteriopathy of the lower limbs with ABI < 0.6.
- Phlegmasia coerulea dolens (painful blue phlebitis with arterial compression).
- Septic thrombosis/phlebitis.
- Neuropathies and peripheral sensory disorders.
- If the ABI is between 0.6 and 0.9, a regular re-evaluation of the benefit/risk is necessary.
