Turmeric contains various active ingredients, the main one being curcumin, which represents 90%.
Turmeric plays a role in muscle and joint activity. It also aids digestion and contributes to digestive comfort.
Directions for use:
1 to 2 gastro-resistant micro-granule capsules per day to be swallowed with a large glass of water between meals.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Store in a dry place away from heat.
Keep out of reach of children.
Should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

- Capsule shell: gelatin.

•150mg extract equivalent to 600mg turmeric rhizome
•9mg curcuminoids
