Lemon balm and Passionflower promote calm and relaxation and contribute to restful sleep.
This infusion is composed of the following Bach flowers:
Elm
Rock Rose
Impatiens
White Chestnut
Aspen
GMO-free, no added flavors, plant traceability and guaranteed quality.
Directions for use:
Boil water.
Pour hot water into the cup and let one sachet per cup steep for 8 minutes.
The tea can be drunk hot or cold.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Keep out of reach of children.
Should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
