Directions for use:

Take 1 drop 3 to 4 times a day on a neutral base. Daily dose for 4 drops: 174 mg
Children: 1 drop twice a day on a neutral tablet. Daily dose for 2 drops: 87 mg

Indications:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
To be taken in addition to a varied and balanced diet.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Do not use in children under 7 years old without medical advice.
Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in people with a history of epilepsy, and in people hypersensitive to Essential Oils.
Never take orally undiluted without a base.
Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day.
