Ergysport Effort Mint food supplement from Nutergia laboratory is an exercise drink.
Its formula has been designed to meet the nutritional and energy needs of athletes during physical activity.

This pH-neutral drink helps maintain performance during exercise, particularly by promoting hydration and compensating for energy expenditure.

Its formula contains:
- Magnesium, which contributes to the reduction of fatigue, electrolyte balance, and the functioning of the nervous and muscular systems.
- Vitamin C, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress and reduce fatigue.

Directions for use:
Dilute 2 level scoops in 500 ml and drink in small sips throughout the exercise (500 ml / hour of exercise).
Repeat as needed depending on the duration of the effort.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
