TIQ K.O tick removers can remove ticks from both humans and animals.
These tweezers allow for complete tick removal to minimize the risk of potential infection.
Instructions: DO NOT squeeze the tick's body, as the head and body may separate, leaving the head embedded in the skin.
DO NOT use your fingernails to remove the tick. Infection can enter through any break in the skin, for example, near the fingernail.
DO NOT crush the tick's body, as it could regurgitate infected contents from its stomach into the bite wound.
DO NOT attempt to burn the tick, apply petroleum jelly, nail polish, or any other chemical. These methods can disturb the tick and cause it to regurgitate or release saliva.
