Properties:

Liberty Cup is a reusable and easy-to-use menstrual cup.
Once in place, the cup adheres perfectly to the vaginal walls, collecting menstrual flow instead of absorbing it.
This prevents leakage problems while respecting the natural balance of vaginal flora.
It can be used day or night and allows you to practice all sports.
Size 1 is suitable for women under 30 or women who have not given birth naturally.
Liberty Cup should be emptied, rinsed, and reinserted every 8 hours.

Directions for use:

Sterilize the cup before each cycle begins in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Fold the cup into a U shape. Then, insert the cup into the vagina so that it is positioned 2cm from the entrance of the vagina.
Remove your fingers, and the cup will open and take shape automatically.
For more comfort, this operation can be performed in the shower.
Every 8 hours, the cup must be removed.
To remove the cup, insert your thumb and index finger into the vagina, gently pushing the lower part of the cup.
It is important to clean the cup thoroughly before each use.
