Meadowsweet, nettle, devil's claw and turmeric help maintain joint comfort and flexibility.
Blackcurrant is traditionally used to promote joint mobility.

Directions for use:

2 to 3 times a day, steep 1 sachet in a cup of simmering water for 3 to 5 minutes.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Store in a dry place away from heat.
