For whom?
Hydratis is suitable for adults and children aged 3 and over (see recommendations below for appropriate doses).
How often?
Hydratis can be taken daily at a rate of 2 to 5 tablets per day (see recommendations below)
For what uses?
- Daily well-being: 1 tablet morning and evening in a glass of water (250 ml) to support energy and concentration.
- Sport: 2 tablets in 500 ml of water during and after exercise for better recovery and fewer cramps.
- Heat/cold: 2 tablets in 500 ml of water to stay well hydrated in all seasons.
- Travel: 2 tablets in 500 ml of water to compensate for the dry air of transport.
- Dry skin: 1 tablet morning and evening in a glass of water for better hydrated skin from within.
Repeat as often as necessary.
