This Gifrer herbal tea is recommended during breastfeeding thanks to green anise, which helps promote breast milk production,
as well as licorice, used to aid digestion.
This herbal tea also contains fenugreek.
All these plants come from organic farming.

Directions for use:

20-sachet Breastfeeding Herbal Tea:

• Steep in a cup of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
• For optimal effect, it is recommended to drink an infusion of 4 sachets per day, which can be spread throughout the day.
• Contains licorice; individuals suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.
