The liposomal form allows for optimized absorption of vitamin D by the body, thanks to the use of microencapsulation technology.
Each capsule provides 1000% of NRVs* in vitamin D3, or 2000 IU (50µG).
Vitamin D supports the immune system(1).
It also contributes to good bone health(2) and therefore bone density.
