The recommended intake of 6 mL provides your body with 7 mg of silicon, in the form of orthosilicic acid (the most bioavailable natural form of silicon).
Silicon (present in the skin, blood vessels, lungs, bones, cartilage, tendons, etc.) is essential for our body.
However, many factors cause its imbalance (poor absorption of intake, permanent elimination by the body, aging, etc.).
Therefore, it may be useful to supplement it through a food supplement.
Note: Recent studies suggest an interaction of Silicon with bone distribution and the metabolism of Calcium and Magnesium in the bone.
With age, the silicon content of certain tissues decreases, particularly blood vessels and skin, which would partly explain the loss of skin elasticity and its inevitable consequences: wrinkles.
Indications
Shake the bottle before use. Take 60 to 120 drops per day (= 3 to 6 mL) divided between morning and evening, diluted in half a glass of water and preferably between meals.
Precautions for use and storage:
Do not consume pure. Store at a temperature below 20°C and protected from light. Do not use in children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Store for a maximum of 1 month after opening.
