Crinex has chosen for you Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli naturally present in the intestine.
The different strains are: Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
Each sachet will provide you with 3.3 billion lactic ferments.
