BSN Medical Cutimed Siltec+ Dressing 10x20cm 10 Units
This is a highly absorbent polyurethane-based dressing used for exuding wounds in the debridement and granulation phases
when the perilesional skin is fragile (non-adhesive).
Silicone dressing, micro-adherent without adhesive borders, adheres to the perilesional skin without adhering to the wound bed or newly formed tissue.
composed of 4 elements, from the surface in contact with the patient's skin and wound to the external surface of the dressing:
- Perforated silicone mesh,
- polyurethane foam, approximately 5 mm thick,
- superabsorbent strips,
- blue polyurethane film, over the entire external surface of the dressing, semi-permeable (permeable to oxygen and water vapor, to allow gas exchange, while being impermeable to water).
Indications: Primary dressing for lightly to heavily exuding wounds
