Directions for use:
For prevention: its concentrated active ingredients predispose to economical use: 1 to 2 level or heaped teaspoons per day are sufficient in most cases, preferably in the morning.
Repeat as needed.
In case of intense fatigue: double the doses, taking twice a day with meals.
Children: reduce initial doses by half.
A course of 3 to 6 weeks is recommended in all cases, preferably in spring and at the beginning of winter.
Mix the pollen well with your saliva before swallowing.
It can also be mixed with a spoonful of honey or diluted in a little fruit juice to facilitate absorption.
Ideally, put it in a little water the night before and consume it the next morning with fruit juice.
People allergic to grass pollen can safely consume bee pollen, and even desensitize themselves.
