Composition:
The Silicium Source Végétale 3 x 500ml box set contains:

• bamboo, which is a natural source of silicon. Bamboo contributes to the constitution of cartilage and bones.
• nettle, which is known for its role in maintaining healthy skin.
• manganese, which contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues, particularly in cartilage and bone.
  It helps maintain strong bones.

The products are free of silicon dioxide and synthetic silicon.
Blackcurrant flavor.

Directions for use:
Take 2 measuring cups of 25 ml per day, using the graduated dosing cap.
Shake before use.
Not recommended for people suffering from allergy to salicylate derivatives.
Not recommended for people on anticoagulant treatment.
Do not drink directly from the bottle.
Use the graduated dosing cap clipped onto the bottle.
The presence of sedimentation is normal; shake before use.
Should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

• dry extract of young bamboo shoot (Bambusa arundinacea) titrated to 75% silica
• dry extract of nettle leaf (Urtica dioica)
• aqueous extract of meadowsweet flowering tops (Filipenda ulmaria)
• aqueous extract of blackcurrant leaf (Ribes nigrum)
• citric acid acidifier
• preservatives sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate
• manganese gluconate
• natural blackcurrant flavor

For 50 ml:
132.5 mg dry bamboo extract, of which 99.4 mg silica, of which 46.5 mg silicon
125 mg dry nettle extract
100 mg meadowsweet extract
50 mg blackcurrant extract
2 mg manganese (i.e., 100% of NRVs).
