Indications
Easy to use, the ACTIPOCHE cushion must be prepared without its cover:
For hot use:
in the microwave oven (power 850 W): 3x15 seconds maximum
or in hot (non-boiling, < 80°C) water: 45 seconds maximum
Then apply the cushion, in its cover, to the painful area for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
For cold use:
in the refrigerator: approximately 7 hours
or in the freezer: 40 minutes maximum
Then apply the cushion, in its cover, to the painful area for 20 minutes maximum.
