Indications
Easy to use, the ACTIPOCHE cushion should be prepared without its cover:
For hot use:
in the microwave oven (850 W power): 3x30 seconds maximum
or in hot water (not boiling, < 80°C): 45 seconds maximum
Then apply the cushion, in its cover, to the painful area for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
For cold use:
in the refrigerator: approximately 7 hours
or in the freezer: 50 minutes maximum
Then apply the cushion, in its cover, to the painful area for a maximum of 20 minutes.
