Indications
Easy to use, the ACTIPOCHE cushion must be prepared without its cover:

For hot use: in the microwave (600 W power): 2x30 seconds maximum
or in hot water (not boiling, < 80°C): 30 seconds maximum
Then apply the cushion, in its cover, to the painful area for about 20 to 30 minutes.

For cold use: in the refrigerator: about 6 hours
or in the freezer: 30 minutes maximum
Then apply the cushion, in its cover, to the painful area for a maximum of 20 minutes.
